Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers Impress Cabinetry Inc. products purchased by the original consumer purchaser. It does not include labor costs for the removal or replacement of any product. Warranty rights are non‑transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from:

  • Improper handling, storage, installation, assembly, or disassembly
  • Product modifications or alterations
  • Exposure to environmental elements such as humidity or heat
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage caused by household cleaners or other environmental conditions

Impress Cabinetry does not provide warranty coverage for paint finishes on white, off‑white, antique white, gray, or any other painted colors.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Natural wood varies in texture, color, and grain. Over time, wood may exhibit subtle changes due to aging. Environmental factors—including sunlight, smoke, moisture, and household cleaners—may cause materials to shift from their original appearance or to warp, split, or crack. These natural variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects or covered under this warranty.

Product Updates and Replacement Parts

Impress Cabinetry periodically updates its product lines and specifications. If a warranty claim is submitted for a discontinued or modified product, Impress Cabinetry will replace the warranted part with:

  • A new component of the same style, or
  • The closest comparable style currently available

Replacement parts may not match previously installed products exactly. Impress Cabinetry is not responsible for variations in color, finish, or design between new and existing components.

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties

Except for the warranties expressly stated herein, no other warranties are provided or implied. Impress Cabinetry disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Impress Cabinetry shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to the homeowner or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Property damage or economic losses
  • Statutory or exemplary damages

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must:

  1. Contact the Impress Cabinetry dealer or reseller where the product was purchased.
  2. Provide the original dated sales receipt as proof of purchase.

The dealer or reseller will coordinate with Impress Cabinetry to arrange inspection and follow‑up.
